What is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be asked to pay the difference. 
All sales item do not apply to this policy.

I received a defective product.

Please send us an email WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER and a picture to info@raidedlifestyle.com.  Once we have approved the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions. 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we will do our best to get you a new item ASAP!

I was shipped the wrong item

We apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time as our production process can get pretty hectic. Please specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, order number, color and size to info@raidedlifestyle.com and we will get you the correct item.

Do I have to pay shipping fees on returned items?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item.  If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval.

How long does the return/exchange process take?

Please give all returns/exchanges 5 days to process once we have received your item. To expedite this process please email info@raidedlifestyle.com the tracking number and the details of your order.
